Openfields: what comes next

· 2 min read

Ten apps is a start. The plan now is to make them work together, so one question in Ask can do what used to take three apps and three tabs. Same rule as always: you approve the exact transaction in your own wallet.

Openfields: what comes next

Ask in every app

A small Ask in the corner of every Openfields app, aware of the page you are on. Ask about a proposal while reading it in Gov, about a pool in Swap or about a transaction in Scan, without leaving the page.

Terra's protocols, in Home and Ask

Lending, liquid staking and liquidity protocols on Terra, read in Home and acted on in Ask. Every action is built in code from validated input, simulated on chain before you sign and checked against what the card promised. Risky actions get guards, such as a minimum loan health before a borrow goes through.

More of Injective

Ask already reads Injective and sends on it. Swaps and orders come next, with the same flow as on Terra: say it, see the simulated result, sign it in your own wallet.

Openfields Predict

A YES/NO market with no admin, settled by a time-weighted price read from an Astroport pair by whoever shows up to read it. The contract is written and tested, and the interface already shows it as not live. It goes live only after a legal review, or not at all.

What will not change

  • No accounts, no keys, no seed phrases.
  • Nothing is signed for you, and every transaction is simulated first.
  • No new token, and nothing that promises money.

Tell us what you reach for

The fastest way to shape this list is to tell us what you still open another app for.
